Q. Please explain your free-trial membership offer.
A. The 30-day free trial membership issue includes access to available digital back issues and one print issue. If you continue your membership, you'll be charged $1.99 per month ($2.99 in Canada, U.S. funds) for your membership and you will receive a new issue every other month as well as continue to have access to digital back issues. The free-trial offer can only be used one time.

Q. Can I give a gift subscription membership?
A. We're sorry, but we're unable to accept gift memberships.

Q. How many times per year do you publish Farmhouse Style?
A. We publish four issues per year.

Q. How do I know that my credit card is secure when I order from you?
A. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that is among the best available today for secure Internet transactions. When you place an order on-line, this software encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

Q. Can I order a subscription membership? I live in Canada.
A. Yes, you can. We'd love to sign you up! Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your issues. We do not offer expedited or air service. You'll be charged $2.99 per month (U.S. funds) after your 30-day free trial period (one-time only offer).

Q. Why am I being charged sales tax or GST on my order?
A. If you are seeing a charge for sales tax or GST, it's because we are required by the state or country you live in to collect it.

Q. Can I order a magazine subscription? I live overseas.
A. We're sorry, but subscription memberships are only available in the U.S. and Canada.

Q. How do I contact the designer of a pattern you published in your magazine?
A. Email us your request and we'll pass it on to the designer.

Q. How do I report potential copyright infringements?
A. You can help us to keep our prices down by reporting incidences of copyright infringement such as scanned copies of our patterns available online, via email/lists or on digital media, selling or trading of copies of our patterns or pattern books, etc.

Q. I'm having a problem with a pattern. Who can I contact for help?
A. Contact our Pattern Services Department by email. For email, please complete the pattern services request form here. Be sure to include your name, email address and daytime telephone number. Also include the name of the pattern and the name (and issue number, if applicable) of the publication plus the page number of the pattern. We're sorry, but we don't offer pattern help by phone.

Q. Do you accept advertising for products you don't make?
A. Yes we do! As one of our business-to-business services, we have both online and print ad space available. If you are interested in advertising with one of the Annie's companies click here to fill out a request for information form which will be delivered directly to our advertising department.

Q. How can I cancel my membership?
A. As promised when you first joined, you may cancel your subscription within the first 30 days without incurring a charge. You can cancel your membership at any time here (link to customer service portal).

If there's a service problem or other reason you wish to cancel, of course we hope you'll contact us first and give us a chance to solve the problem without resorting to cancellation.

Q. What is your policy concerning mailing lists?
A. We regularly communicate to our customers through the mail with information and offers from our family of companies. From time to time we make our customer mailing list available to other companies that sell goods and services that we believe would interest our customers. (We do not provide customer telephone numbers to these companies.) If you prefer not to receive any of this information, or if you wish to receive only information from our family of companies, please notify us at

If you have provided us your email address, you will receive emails with information and offers from us (and sometimes other companies) that we feel would be of interest to you. With each of these email offers, we will provide you with a link to opt-out of receiving future commercial email. You can also opt-out of receiving future email messages from us by emailing us at Opt-out requests are usually handled as soon as the request is made. However, it may take up to ten days to process an opt-out request.
